Light-flooded living

The attractive apartment building on Grüner Baum in Bayreuth embodies modern living comfort and ecological construction methods. It consists of three residential units that meet the energy-efficient KfW 55 standard and combines stylish design with sustainable construction.

The light-flooded conservatory on the first floor creates a cozy atmosphere, which is continued in all living spaces through large floor-to-ceiling south-facing windows. These provide plenty of daylight and reinforce the feeling of space and openness. A spacious terrace and a private garden offer a seamless transition to the outdoors and thus expand the living space.

On the upper floors, balconies offer a private outdoor area, and the floor-to-ceiling windows guarantee a bright and friendly living atmosphere here too. The aesthetically pleasing façade in white with contrasting dark elements round off the modern appearance.

Interior design

Modern openness meets natural elegance

When designing the interior of the upper floor apartment at Grüner Baum, an open living concept was pursued that combines modern living with functionality. The heart of the apartment is the spacious living room, which is entered directly – a feature of the popular American style of living, which eliminates hallways in favor of a more generous living space.

The apartment is characterized by an open floor plan that flows smoothly from the living area into the kitchen area, with a static room divider in the middle creating a subtle boundary without compromising the openness of the space. This divider not only functions as a structural element, but also as a design accent that stylishly connects the two living areas.

A striking panoramic window with a wide wooden frame, on which you can sit, gives the room a unique atmosphere. This design element creates the impression of a living painting, with the trees in the background forming the natural artwork. The large gray tiles on the floor provide a modern yet timeless basis for the interior design and emphasize the clean lines and open room design.

Overall, the interior reflects a combination of modern design, comfort and a connection with the surrounding nature that makes living in this apartment a special experience.
